What is a serviced office?

A serviced office is an adaptable and suitable place to do business. It comes with desk, ergonomic chair and telephone. Amenities such as electricity, heating and cooling, bathrooms, kitchen and insurance are all included.

Our stylish offices are ready to go and have flexible terms so you can stay as long or as little as you like.

Why a serviced office?

There are no start-up costs associated with setting up a new office. Our offices are ready to go. Flexible office solutions to suit your business needs with office furniture, phone, internet, toilets and kitchen. It is a highly effective way to establish an office all at the cost of a secretary! Administration support on demand, so you only pay when you need assistance such as; typing, binding, photocopying etc.

We have over 45 offices at the Tok Corporate Centre and space can be adapted depending on your business needs. We are also a part of the CEO/SON network that has over 700 locations world wide.

What is included in a service office?

Serviced offices are inclusive of rent, business rates, service charges such as building maintenance, insurance, furniture, electricity, heating/air conditioning, use of telephone system (and call answering/message taking). Shared toilets, kitchen and the use of meeting and conference rooms. Even tea, coffee and biscuits are available for you and your clients.

How much does it cost?

Our serviced offices work out more cost effective than conventional office space. You can save up to 60%! You can access meeting and boardrooms not just in our centre but around the CEO/SON world-wide network of offices. You will also benefit from our bulk buying prices on stationary, couriers and telephone deals etc. Not to mention it is 100% fully tax deductable.

Are there any hidden charges?

Tok Corporate Centre / CEO have a policy of fee transparency. There are no hidden charges. Where a charge is applicable, we tell you. The good news is that our monthly tenancy fee already includes most of the services many of our competitors charge.

Am I locked into a lease agreement?

We are aware in today’s economic environment that your needs may change as your circumstances change, that’s why we offer flexible terms from a minimum of 3 months on so you can grow or contract with your business.

What amenities are available?

The Tok Corporate Centre has male, female and disabled bathroom facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microware and coffee machine. The kitchen and facilities are kept tidy at all times. Tea, coffee and biscuits are included.

Is there onsite parking?

For the convenience of you and your clients, we have secure automated onsite parking managed by Wilson Parking. The carpark is available 24 hours for permanent pass holders. Early bird parking is available at $6.50 per day and visitors of the Centre receive 90 minutes free parking.

Can I hold meetings and use audio visual equipment?

All occupants of the Tok Corporate Centre have access to the boardrooms and meeting rooms. They provide a quiet and professional business environment with all the IT, audiovisual equipment and administration support you require. Our meeting rooms and boardrooms can be hired for interviews, conferences or training courses by external companies too. Once you are signed with the Tok Corporate Centre you have complimentary use of over 700 locations world-wide. Your agreement with us clearly states the number of hours per month you are entitled to.

Can I change my requirements?

We are aware in today’s economic environment that your needs may change as your circumstances change, that’s why we offer flexible terms so you can grow or contract with your business.

What are the additional charges can I expect with a serviced office?

Our professional team are on hand and dedicated to supporting your needs with typing, binding, copying – anything you need to get the job done. Hourly, daily charges are applicable for secretarial, faxing, printing, photocopying or running errands for you.

Are there other serviced offices in other locations?

Our affiliations with CEO (Corporate Executive Offices) and SON (Serviced Offices Network) gives you access to over 700 prestigious offices around the world. So if you are off on a business trip to New York, London, Hong Kong, you can rest assured that their will be an office location waiting for you. Our friendly reception staff will make the arrangement for you.

Is catering available for my meeting?

There are various catering options available at an additional charge that can be billed to you monthly. Our staff are also on hand to assist you to ensure you can get on with business.

What is a Virtual Office?

A virtual office is everything but the office itself. Our Tok Corporate Centre gives you an impressive and prestigious address for your business cards and letterhead and our staff politely and professional answer your calls and patch them through to you. Depending on the package chosen additional features such as meeting rooms are also included.

What is Hot Desking?

Need to send that last minute proposal or check emails? Simply drop in, plug in and go. At the Tok Corporate Centre or one of the many CEO offices available, you’ll have access by the hour, or day to a desk, chair and internet. No need to have a permanent office, or drive back to the office. We’ll have a hot desk available at convenient locations ready and waiting for you.
